Principles of Manual Handling
This is aimed at those who carry out manual handling work, introducing candidates to the risks of manual handling and the controls available developing safer techniques.
Duration: Half day.

Assessor and Verifier Awards
Are you involved with the delivery of NVQ and/or equivalent qualifications? If so, you will require an appropriate qualification to assess or verify the competence of your staff.

Or maybe your managers need a better understanding of how to coach or mentor their staff. If so, there are a range of mini awards which may be more suitable.

Alternatively team leaders, supervisors and/or managers could complete one of the following full NVQ Awards:

Duration of any of the Learning and Development awards depends very much on the individual's prior learning, relevant experience and capabilities.
