Skills scans are used by S&D Training to help potential employees identify their transferable skills and relevent experience there by helping them develop their career development plan. This allows us to then perfectly match our employees and trainees to the right company/employer.
It is also an opportunity for us to home in on any areas that would benefit from further development and training.
