Learning and Development - Assessor and Verifier Awards
Are you involved with the delivery of NVQ and/or equivalent qualifications? If so, you will require an appropriate qualification to assess or verify the competence of your staff.
- A1 - Assessing candidates using a range of methods
- V1 - Conducting Internal Quality Assurance of the assessment process
Or maybe your managers need a better understanding of how to coach or mentor their staff. If so, there are a range of mini awards which may be more suitable.
- Basic Skills Support in the Workplace
- Mentoring in the Workplace
- Coaching Learners in the Workplace
- Training and Presenting in the Workplace
- Skills Training in the Workplace
- Workplace Learning
Alternatively team leaders, supervisors and/or managers could complete one of the following full NVQ Awards:
- Level 3 in Direct Training and Support
- Level 3 in Learning and Development
- Level 4 in Management of Learning and Development
Duration of any of the Learning and Development awards depends very much on the individual's prior learning, relevant experience and capabilities.
