Quality
In providing a quality service it is important that our facilities are open to all members of the community in which we operate. It is important that we are committed to making use of the talents and resources of our staff, and that in our service, in line with our equal opportunities policy is open to all members of the community in which we operate.
Our staff are equally important in contributing their particular skills and expertise to the total service experienced by our learners. Further, most staff members are also internal customers of other members of staff, and have the right to expect, and an obligation to contribute, a high standard of internal support services.
The staff of the organisation are the main means of achieving excellence and maintaining quality systems of training and assessment. Our strategy of continuous improvement in the quality of our staff and service development, can only be achieved by our commitment to two way communication and investment in people. This is enveloped in a philosophy where no matter how good we perceive our present performance and standards of work to be, we always assume that these can be improved.
Delivery
Delivery of training can vary from one programme to the next and can be different again if the learner is in employment.

Initial assessment takes place before starting on the programme this consists of information compiled from the following sources:-
- Recruiting procedures
- Basic Skills and Key Skills tests
- Practical assessments
- Feedback from clients
- Review documentation
The support plan and subsequent learning plan may be modified by agreement during the programme.
Regular in-centre workshops will be held to address underpinning knowledge, portfolio building and support for key skills.
Equal Opportunities is incorporated into the main company induction. To ensure learners compliance and understanding, equal opportunities sessions should be delivered on a quarterly basis throughout the learners programme. Trainers offer a range of sessions.
